Draw Hand

When the last tile of the game (the last tile before the Dead Tiles) is discarded, without Ron being declared (players cannot steal the last tile), then that hand ends in a draw.

Bonus for Waiting Players

When a Draw Hand occurs, players who are waiting normally show their hands. Players who have reached are required to show their hands.

Players who are waiting receive, as a group, a total of 3000 points from the players who are not waiting, as a group.

Example

Players A and B are waiting, while Players C and D are not. A total of 3000 points is exchanged between them. Players C and D each pay 1500, covering the penalty of 3000, and Players A and B each receive 1500.

When 3 players are waiting, and 1 player is not, that player who is not waiting must bear the burden of the 3000 point total. The 3 waiting players each receive 1000 points.

When 1 player is waiting, the remaining 3 each pay 1000 each.

After penalty payments are exchanged, a repeat round is declared and the game progresses.

During East round, if the dealer is waiting, he repeats. If not, then a one repeat is added but the game rotates to the next dealer.

During South round, the dealer always repeats when a Draw Hand occurs. Add a repeat stick and repeat the dealer.
